Welcome to Stay Ready Events! We’re excited to bring the fun to your celebration. To keep every event running smoothly and safely, please review our simple rental rules before booking.

Booking & payments
A deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.
Remaining balances are due before setup begins.
Once your deposit is received, your booking is officially confirmed.

Delivery & setup
Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown of all rentals.
Please make sure your event space is clean, clear, and ready when we arrive.
Extra fees may apply for stairs, long distances, or hard-to-reach areas.

Using our equipment
Equipment must be used only as intended and kept in good condition.
No food or drinks near the 360° or mirror booths or any other products.
Children should always be supervised around our equipment.
You’re responsible for any damage or misuse during your event.
Cancellations & refunds policy
At Stay Ready Events, we understand that plans can change. To keep our operations smooth and ensure fair treatment for all clients, here’s what you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and related fees:
- Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and rental equipment.
- The deposit guarantees your booking and prevents other events from reserving the same date.
- Cancellations timeline & fees
- More than 7 days before the event: Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied as credit toward a future rental.
- Within 7 days of the event: You are responsible for 50% of the remaining balance, in addition to your deposit.
- Within 48 hours of the event: Full rental fees are due. No refunds or credits are available.
- Procedure for cancellations
- Contact Stay Ready Events immediately via email or phone to notify us of your cancellation.
- Include your booking reference, date, and rental details to ensure we locate your reservation quickly.
- We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and provide instructions for credit or refund (if applicable).
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued only when payment has been made beyond the non-refundable deposit and according to the timeline above.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment method.
- Rescheduling
- We are happy to reschedule your rental to a future date at no extra deposit fee, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled dates must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the new event date.
- Important notes
- Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit and partial or full rental fees.
- By booking with Stay Ready Events, you agree to follow this cancellation and refund policy.

Liability & responsibility
At Stay Ready Events, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and fully operational equipment for your celebration. However, to ensure the safety of everyone and protect our team and equipment, it’s important to understand our liability and responsibilities:
What we are responsible for:
- Delivering clean, working, and safe equipment as described in your booking.
- Setting up and breaking down equipment professionally.
- Providing trained staff to operate certain rentals (like 360° booths or cotton candy machines) when included in your package.
- Maintaining insurance coverage for general liability during setup, operation, and breakdown.
What you are responsible for:
- Supervising guests, especially children, around all rental equipment.
- Using equipment as intended — no rough play, climbing, or tampering.
- Keeping the rental area safe and accessible, free of hazards.
- Covering any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
What Stay Ready Events is not responsible for:
- Injuries or accidents caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence by guests or event staff.
- Weather-related incidents if equipment is used outdoors without proper protection (e.g., rain, wind, extreme heat).
- Any personal property damage at your event unrelated to our equipment.
- Equipment failure caused by unauthorized modifications or tampering.
By renting from Stay Ready Events, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and understand that you are responsible for the care of the equipment while in your possession even with our staff on site to manage our equipment.
Customer disputes & complaints
At Stay Ready Events, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns, disputes, or complaints about your rental experience, we want to resolve them promptly and fairly.
How to contact us:
- Email: Send a detailed message to info@stayreadyevents.com. Include your name, event date, rental details, and a description of the issue.
- Phone: Call us during business hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Leave a voicemail if we’re unavailable, and we will return your call within 24 hours.
- Social Media / Contact Form: You can also reach us via our website contact form or social media channels, but email is preferred for record-keeping.
Once we receive your complaint, our team will review the details and may request additional information or documentation. We aim to respond within 48 hours and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Solutions may include:
- Replacement of damaged or malfunctioning equipment (if applicable)
- Partial or full credit toward a future rental
- Refunds in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy
All resolutions will be handled professionally, promptly, and respectfully.
Complaints regarding improper use or damage caused by guests may not qualify for refunds or credits.
We encourage open communication to resolve disputes amicably before any legal action is considered.
